Lil Wayne made a triumphant comeback this week with the first-week sales of Tha Carter IV. The Young Money leader neared the platinum threshold, selling 964,000 straight out the gate - a number that Birdman claimed was legitimate. He even landed 11 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 simultaneously, and made right with Uncle Sam, who released him from a $5.6 million tax lien.
